We had an absolutely incredible tour and experience from Josh today. My mother-in-law is needing to find an apartment and we knew we needed to take her to Vera as we had our own tour when it first opened. She’s been hesitant about an apartment but we assured her this would change her mind, and it SURE DID! Josh answered all of her questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and gave us the most perfect tour! She could not believe all of the amenities included and how beautifully laid out the apartment was. She already can’t wait to get her bags packed! We cannot wait to come back and hopefully sign her lease agreement soon! Thank you Josh!!!

I’ve had a great experience at Vera Savona. The management team truly makes a difference here. Thomas, the manager, is professional, approachable, and always ensures everything runs smoothly. Megan, the assistant manager, is incredibly helpful, attentive, and supportive—she genuinely cares about both staff and guests. I also want to give a special shoutout to Travis, the maintenance supervisor. He does an excellent job keeping the facility well-maintained, safe, and clean, which really shows in the overall atmosphere of the place. The teamwork, leadership, and attention to detail at Vera Savona make it a welcoming and well-run establishment. Highly recommend!

I’ve only recently moved in, but I’ve already had a great experience with the staff. Megan, Josh, and Marquise have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and responsive during the move-in process!! They’ve made everything feel smooth, and it’s reassuring to know there’s a team that’s attentive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate their support so far and am looking forward to settling in. :)

I really love Vera so far! I had a lot of worry moving into a new community but it’s so nice, clean, and quiet! I think the staff is lovely and inviting. I really appreciate how patient everyone has been and helpful in ensuring a smooth move in. Maintenance has been timely and quick. I am really looking forward to when Savona Mills fully opens, because there will be much more to enjoy! The amenities are nice and I love the gym! I think that Vera is a place I can finally call home. I can really respect the continued attentiveness to our needs from management like Rebecca and Megan!
